Our seeded premium lawn turf is grown for hardwearing lawns of excellence. The turf is cut in rolls that cover approximately 1 square metre.

Turf is supplied in rolls for easy handling and laying. As turf is harvested to order, to ensure freshness we recommend that you give us as much notice as possible, but we can deliver next day providing you order before Midday on the previous day. Often we can deliver the same day, just give a member of the Singletons Team a call on 0121 457 9977 and we will be happy to help.

Please measure your lawn area as accurately as you can in metres, feet or yards. You can then use our Coverage Calculator to work out how many rolls you need. If you have any problems with this, please do give us a call.

If you have a preferred delivery date or any special instructions, please leave a note of these at checkout.

Please note that all deliveries are chargeable. If your shipping address is within a 35 mile radius of our base, your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout. For further details, please review our delivery and returns section.

Delivery & Returns

Where delivery is required and paid for it will be to the kerbside. If delivery is required beyond the kerbside, it will be at the drivers sole discretion and the customers full liability for any damage howsoever caused.

Jumbo (bulk) bags are non-returnable.

Whilst we carry some stock for immediate collection or delivery, please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

All deliveries are chargeable. If your shipping address is within our delivery area, your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

Our standard delivery area is within 35 miles distance by road from our base at B61 0HT. If you live further afield and wish to place an order, please call us so that we can obtain a quote for courier delivery.

If you require loose topsoil in full lorry loads, we do have a delivery hub to the north of Birmingham, please telephone 0121 457 9977 with your delivery postcode and we will quote you accordingly.

Please note that as turf is a fresh, living product cut to requirements, it is non-returnable. Topsoil is also a non-returnable product.

Turf Laying Guide

Turf must be laid as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. In hot weather, keep the turf rolls in the shade but do not cover with any type of sheet that will trap warmth and please do not water the turf rolled up. If you are held up with laying the turf, the best advice is to roll out the turf, keeping it cool and water the turf rolled out.

It is adviseable to prepare the ground before the turf is delivered in case bad weather causes a hold-up in your preparations.

In hot, dry weather, water as much as possible (evening is best) and set the mower to a higher cut. This will reduce the possibility of the lawn burning and turning brown.
