Once your hanging basket has been lovingly crafted and is ready for collection, we will call you to let you know. You can then either collect from our store free of charge, or you can opt to have your basket delivered to you for a fee.
Should you order a hanging basket refill, please pop in with your basket within 7 days of placing your order. Please bring your order number or your order confirmation email with you.
Please note we will ask all customers to collect their hanging basket order within 48 hours of being notified, as space in our poly tunnels is limited.
