Where delivery is required and paid for it will be to the kerbside. If delivery is required beyond the kerbside, it will be at the drivers sole discretion and the customers full liability for any damage howsoever caused.
Jumbo (bulk) bags are non-returnable.
Whilst we carry some stock for immediate collection or delivery, please allow 5-10 days for the delivery of your order. We will deliver sooner where possible.
All deliveries are chargeable. If your shipping address is within our delivery area, your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.
Our standard delivery area is within 25 miles distance by road from our base at B61 0HT. If you live further afield and wish to place an order, please call us so that we can obtain a quote for courier delivery.
